ACEFAST New Sell Vintage Steampunk Goggles Glasses Welding Cyber Punk Gothic (Electric welding Green)


I got these for a steampunk mad hatter costume I made. The goggles where perfect for my intended purpose, I bought the brass colored versions. They are true too how they look in the pictured used here. They arrived two weeks quicker then expected during the holiday season. Now for the Pros & Cons:

Pros:
1). Are made with hard plastic like described.
2). The lens can be screwed on & off to change the tint you want to use or just use the clear glass.
(They came with very dark tint, but that is what I wanted & was easy enough for me to change new tint if desired to).
3). Above expectations for the price & got free shipping.
4). Easy to adjust strap elastic band.

Cons:
1). Can get very uncomfortable to wear due to the hard plastic around the nose.
(This was easy enough problem to fix. I used thin black crafting foam that was very easy to blend into the design).
2). After only about half a day of wearing them, the elastic band seem to get stretched out & would need to be readjusted a bit.
(Another problem that can be easily rectified if needed. So far they are holding up).
3). While wiping with a cleaning wipe the brass paint comes off rather easily.
(Have to be very gentle while cleaning or needing to disinfect).

Over all I am very please with the product & would highly recommend to anyone searching for steampunk goggles. I definitely would buy them again if need be. And already thinking of purchasing copper colored ones.
